Welcome to the Cedarburg Fire Department website.  As you page through the different companies of our organization, you will see that we are a very proud, progressive volunteer fire department, located in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Our all volunteer department has been proudly serving the community since 1866.

We cover approximately 30 square miles.  Supplying service to the city and town of Cedarburg with a population totaling 16,000 residents.  We operate out of 2 stations that primarily protect a residential community with some light industry.  The services that our department provides are: fire response, Emergency Medical Services; members trained to EMT-IV Tech level, which includes ambulance transporting to local hospitals, auto extrication, Dive Rescue, and public education's "Survive Alive" program.  We respond to over 900 calls annually with 75% being EMS.

We were one of the first volunteer fire departments in the state to achieve an ISO rating of 3, which we have maintained for the last 25 years.

We own and operate a 20-acre "Firemen's Park" which over the years has generated enough funds to purchase most of our fire apparatus and finance a building addition to the fire station.

Our staffing consists of 81 active firefighters and EMS personnel and another 150 "passive" or sustaining members that help with our fund raising and non-emergency operations.

Thank you for visiting our site.
